Terms and Conditions Agreement

• All services must be paid in full in advance.
• To reschedule or cancel a driving lesson, road test, 5-Hour Class, or 6-Hour Defensive Driving Course (DDC), you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Lesson packages must be completed within 3 months from the purchase date. No refunds after 3 months. If a lesson package is not completed, the package discount will no longer apply, and all completed lessons will be recalculated at the regular individual lesson rate.
• Failure to show up or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of the lesson or class — no exceptions.
• You must bring your Learner’s Permit to every driving lesson.

Refund for cash payment will be processed via check and may take up to 10 business days. A 10% enrollment fee or a $10 minimum will be charged.

The school reserves the right to cancel a scheduled lesson or road test at any time. By enrolling in our services, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

 

• For the road test, you must bring:

• Your Learner’s Permit.

• Your 5-Hour Class Certificate.

• If under 18, your Certificate of 50 Hours of Supervised Driving.
