TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

• All services must be paid in full in advance.
• To reschedule or cancel a driving lesson, road test, 5-Hour Class, or 6-Hour Defensive Driving Course (DDC), you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Lesson packages must be completed within 3 months from the purchase date. No refunds after 3 months.
• Failure to show up or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of the lesson or class — no exceptions.
• You must bring your Learner’s Permit to every driving lesson.
• For the road test, you must bring:

Your Learner’s Permit
Your 5-Hour Class Certificate
If under 18, your Certificate of 50 Hours of Supervised Driving
